If you are interested in photography or just want to improve your family snapshots, please email Doug via the Group email link above, or just come along to the group meeting. You will be very welcome. The group meets on the 2nd Thursday of every month at Burntwood Methodist Church, Cannock Road (near Swan Island) WS7 0BJ. Starting at 2 p.m. we break for refreshments at roughly 3 p.m. and finish at 4pm
There is something for experienced and new photographers, you don't need an expensive camera, the one on your smart phone is a great start. Help is always at hand with a wide range of knowledge in the group.
After each meeting there is a challenge for the group to partake in, ready for the next meeting.
We will look at the challenge photos first and then move on to a new aspect of photography ready for the next months challenge.
The group also visit various local places to take photographs, recently these have included Cannock Chase, Lichfield and 2 bird of prey centers.
