The Group Founders in 2024
Strum-Bugs currently have 15 regular members with space for a few more at our current venue.
Founded in February 2024 for complete beginners and novice players, all levels are welcome. We even have a selection of instruments that you can borrow including left-handed ukuleles.
We have enthusiasm, patience, determination, and a keen sense of fun and camaraderie that gives a strong feeling of unity. We have come a long way in a short time but there is so much more to learn and look forward to.
If you want to join a group that laughs as it learns with instruments, music, tuition and a cuppa supplied then try us out. It is great fun and the most uplifting way to start the weekend. We also have an active WhatsApp group, which is a great way to keep in touch and share ideas and advice.
